At Greys, we are all about education!  We want to see our turophiles (cheese lovers) expand their knowledge of all things cheese.  Learn about different cheeses, styles, flavors, terroir, and how to perfectly pair your cheeses.  Learn to enjoy cheese with chocolate, wine, bourbon, and much more!  The possibilities with cheese are endless!


We are committed to visiting creameries in the US and around the world and bringing back knowledge of how a particular cheese is made in that particular part of the world.  You can never stop learning when it comes to cheese and this is the best part of our role, to bring back knowledge and pass it on to our turophiles.


We offer classes in all our locations on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturdays 5:00 - 7:00 pm.  Make it a date night, Friends Night Out, or just nerd out with us solo at one of our classes.
