At GREYS, we are all about education! We want to see our turophiles (cheese lovers) expand their knowledge of cheese. Learn about different cheeses, styles, flavors, terroir, and how to perfectly pair your cheeses with wines.
By some estimates, there are over 1,800 types of cheeses in the world and we would love to teach you about a few of these!
Join us at our Franklin location on Thursdays at 6 pm or Sundays at 3:30 pm for a guided cheese tasting with expertly paired selections. Spend your evening or afternoon learning about cheese in a fun, interactive setting.
Make it a date night, friends night out, or just nerd out with us solo at one of our classes.

Get ready to go for the gold… in cheese! Join us for a deliciously daring deep-dive into the winners of the American Cheese Society competition — aka the National Cheese Olympics. Each year, cheeses from across North America go head-to-head (or rind-to-rind) in this prestigious dairy showdown. In this class, we’ll taste our way through some of the top medalists.We'll dish out stories behind the winners, explore what makes a cheese a champion, and give you the tools to taste like a judge. Expect cheesy trivia, bold bites, and plenty of laughs.Duration: 2 hoursAges 12+
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. If you are not able to attend, your ticket may be transferred to someone else, who must use your name when they arrive to check-in. We assign seats prior to your event. Please notify us in advance if you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing tickets separately.
Workshop including wine in the ticket price are for guests 21+. All other workshops, such as our Intro to Cheese, are for 12 and older. It's never too early to start enjoying cheese!
Let us know in the allergies field of any known allergies. We are not a certified nut or gluten free facility. No outside food allowed and no food substitutions.
